In Anxin Wealth Management we aim at assisting you to fulfil your lifestyle and financial goals. We work through a systematic financial planning process to determine the best strategies to meet your goals and objectives from short to longer terms.

1. Understand your situation

At your initial meeting, we begin by discussing what you want to achieve (your lifestyle and financial goals). Most of us have a notion of what we would like our future to look like. We can assist turning these notions into specific objectives.

We will make sure you understand the step-by-step process to be undertaken to establish your goals. We will also clearly explain the services to be provided to you, how we will be paid and by whom.

At this time you will be able to decide whether you wish to proceed to appoint us as your financial adviser.

2. Gathering your financial data

We will then spend time with you to discuss and build up an accurate picture of your current situation. We will complete a Fact Find questionnaire which includes your goals and objectives, cashflow, assets and commitments.

We will also ask you to complete a risk profile questionnaire in order to establish your level of comfort to investments. This will help us develop strategies that provide the right mix of income and capital growth.

A Letter of Engagement will be issued which outlines a basic fee structure as well as the services you have selected

3. Identifying your financial issues

Following the meeting we will identify the strengths and weaknesses of your current financial position, we may contact you if necessary for further clarifications or discuss any issues that might prevent you from achieving your objectives. Sometimes these issues can be resolved, other times your objectives may need to be revised.

4. Preparing your financial Plan (statement of advice)

We will then proceed to prepare a Statement of Advice (SoA) for your consideration. The SoA contains the recommended financial strategies and investments that have been selected for you, and includes supporting material. It also contains information about the:
• basis for providing advice
• fees and/or commissions
• ongoing services required by you
• implementation process

5. Presenting the Statement of Advice

When we have finalised the SoA, we will contact you for a meeting to present our recommendations. We will go over the strategies and recommendations with you to help you understand them so that you can make informed decisions. This provides an opportunity for for you to ask any questions or make changes to the SoA.

6. Implementing the financial planning recommendations

When you are completely satisfied with our recommendations, the necessary paperwork is then completed and we will the assist you with its implementation. We will handle all the administration and prepare all the necessary paperwork.

7. Review your plan and strategies

A financial plan is not set and forget. Staying on track is important in helping you meet your financial and lifestyle goals. Over time, as your circumstances and objectives change (and they will), we will review how your overall strategy is ‘tracking’ in meeting your goals, and if necessary, recommend changes to your overall strategy we feel are appropriate.
